I sometimes find it useful to make my own arrangements of favorite music. Originally the purpose was to modify three-manual arrangements when I only had a two-manual console. Sometimes I just want to reformat existing music for my looseleaf binder, and sometimes it's because I just can't find a suitable organ arrangement of music that I want to play.
